I’ve had some good experiences and some bad experiences here at this location. My main gripe is that when I get takeout the fries are always cold when I get home. I live about 8 minutes away. Today when I was waiting for my order I finally realized why this consistently happens. They make the sides well before the burgers are even started and they place them on a take out tray directly below an air conditioner vent. Then once they’re ready to bag it up, they stack them in a paper bag with napkins in between. What little heat they have left creates steam and they sit there and get soggy on the way home. During our visit from out of town, we chose this restaurant because the menu had something for everyone in our family. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly employee who held the door open for us. The staff was incredibly patient and kind while our children decided on their orders. We were mindful of the time we went, and it turned out to be perfect. In fact, just after we stepped outside, my four-year-old's ice cream slipped out of its cone (classic moment!). I would like to dock them a star but the incident wasn't really their fault. Yes they should have a dedicated Male restroom but I get that this is California and there is confusion on genetics and chromosomes but if I have to take my children to go potty and the gender confused restroom is temporary closed I don't need some Karen loosing their mind on me infront of my children for being in the dedicated female restroom. We haven't been in since the world ended so I was surprised and pleased with the remodeling. The cool blue brand looks fresh and the food was even more delicious than I remember.
Do not order here for curbside pickup if you want hot food. This is the second time this exact scenario has happened or I wouldn't be leaving a bad review. Also, your order will not be ready when you receive a text that it is ready. Staff will make excuses that they are too busy for curbside. I didn't ask, but why I offer curbside and to-go if your restaurant is too busy to accommodate.
8/14/22 on this day, ketchup pump empty, no ranch dressing, men's bathroom no paper towels, trash overflowing on the patio (again). they also served me cold onion rings, which were replaced, but c'mon! I went back the next Saturday and turned back because the patio was filthy again. A new logo with filthy patio is not enticing.
Hamburgers are delicious and there's a variety to choose from. I'd give 5 stars, but the tables aren't cleaned frequently enough, even when it's not peak busy times. Some of the employees stood around talking, and no one came out to clean during my last 3 visits. It's still a nice place to have a quick meal.

Visit this place for dinner! The food is delicious and quite affordable. I ordered the Teriyaki Char Burger, which was generously topped with flavorful sauce, a tasty patty, and large pineapple rings. I definitely recommend it!
It is definitely a great burger and very clean Restaurant. Will be back.
