This place is a local institution it's been around for decades much longer than the newer health food craze and movement. It's well stocked downstairs with food, with fresh stuff hidden in the back. Upstairs is for non-edibles like cleaning stuff, make up, protein powders, essential oils, and so on. Nice enough staff, bit pokey
really good and unusual selection of vegan tasies, plus a ton of choice in the top floor of vegan health and beauty products! today we have refilled some cleaning sprays and shampoo and it was great. also does very nice pet food. great family business.
