We had a fantastic Sunday dinner celebrating Grandpa's birthday with our party of six! The entire family agreed that the meals were top-notch in terms of taste, presentation, and overall quality. The food was freshly cooked and reached a high standard of dining typical of a premium restaurant. The service from the front of house, bar, and serving team was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. There was a great selection of fine wines, draught beers, and even a delicious pint of Guinness. I highly recommend this restaurant for family gatherings, business lunches, and special celebrations.
UPDATING THIS REVIEW the venue has now been taken over and my comments about the atmosphere are no longer valid. It is a brilliant place, hence me increasing my review to a five star from a four. The most beautiful pub! Service and staff are lovely and welcoming. Very nice menu too. Must say that they could do with some background music to generate some atmosphere as it can be oppressively silent in there if there’s not many people in. We’ve been a few times now either weekend evenings or weekend afternoons and have found ourselves whispering as it’s that quiet. Very easily fixed!
Came here last night for tea with friends, what a treat! I really can’t fault anything the food was amazing, such a high standard, everything was cooked beautifully with fresh ingredients, the service was also excellent with knowledgeable staff. Cannot wait to come back and try the taster menu.
