Hillary was incredibly helpful and gave me excellent insights about the options available. The sliced turkey on Hawaiian rolls ended up being a huge hit, so now I make sure to bring it every month when it's my turn to provide the main dish. I bought a ham that ended up being extremely salty—so much so that I can't serve it to anyone. I've purchased this product in the past, and it was perfect, so it seems like there was a quality issue this time. I'm really disappointed with this purchase. I want to mention that the staff was very courteous and professional, but I’m reluctant to serve this ham to my family. I've had enough and won’t be coming back. It was too expensive to be inedible.
I don't intend to return to this restaurant. I paid $90 for a ham, and even though I wore a mask as they requested, they still refused to give me my order and blamed me for the situation. I've never experienced having my food withheld because of a mask issue before. I ended up in a heated argument with the manager, who was very confrontational, over the ham I had already paid for. The service was truly awful.
I ordered online for pickup and was delighted to find that the ham I received was much larger than I expected—it seemed to be the smallest whole ham they had. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially considering that I arrived later than my scheduled pickup time. I highly recommend this location! Book a table now
The restaurant was bustling, but the staff was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Since I had a gift card, the $35 I spent on a small serving of turkey didn't sting as much as it usually would.
We ordered a half ham for Christmas, and it was amazing! The portion sizes were perfect, and we'll have plenty of delicious leftovers for sandwiches.
The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. There was quite a bit of upselling, but we were able to dine for under $80 thanks to a coupon!
