My partner and I had a rare night out in London without our child and decided to have lunch here on Thursday. It was fantastic. We usually only come here for drinks but had never tried the food before. We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled our previous booking for Friday and dined here again. Once again, we were not disappointed. Our favorite dish was the calamari, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside with the wonderful view.
Visited this place after seeing a show at the Bridge theatre, to have a few drinks. Had a nice vibrant atmosphere and is nice inside. However the service was terrible very slow to be served, no acknowledgement from the staff so you know you’re on their radar and no keeping on eye on who should be served first. It was a Friday night, so yes busy but can’t excuse basic customer service mistakes.
Stopped here for a drink on way to another location. Pub is busy with a very busy atmosphere. No room inside so sat outside overlooking the Thames. Busy outside too despite cold weather but dint stop people and we managed to find a table. Excellent location and vibrant pub with nice clientele. Red wine was spot on. Would visit again
This is one of my favourite places to come to when we visit London. Lovely views of the weather if your lucky to sit outside, warm and cosy inside and the Christmas decorations are lovely! We came a few days ago and really enjoyed it! The food is lovely, especially the calamari Can’t wait to come back. Book a table now
What Great evening, I had dinner with a friend on a Saturday night, the place was very busy but we managed to find a table , Staff is very friendly and the place was as clear as it can be , we ordered at the bar food and drinks and within 15 minutes the food was on the table
I visited the restaurant for the second time and had another great experience. The location is fantastic, and the food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely return.
Great place, lovely decor. We had a coffee break in the afternoon. Staff is helpful and friendly, pub atmosphere. Apple pie and brownies were excellent. Ideal for a break.
