We were a couple of weary travelers who had literally come in from a Thai holiday, very late and getting close to closing time, for a brief visit in Bushey before heading back home to Florida. I 'm so sorry I didn 't get their names, but the proprietors were attending, and an absolutely gem of a couple! We were welcomed straight away into this beautiful, clean pub where clearly the regulars were sat happily at home in this lovely place. We were served up (much needed! lush ice cold brews and fantastic hospitable chit chat and convo. They made us feel like one of the family in no time, and in the short time we were there at that!
