The Imperial Tandoor

This is a great restaurant...very authentic Indian food. We have been several times before and never been disappointed. My husband's favourite dish is the Bhuna Ghosht. I had the Chilli Chicken and both were delicious! Ambiance is good...we asked for a booth when we arrived but since none were available at the time they sat us at a table until one was available and then they moved us over. Very accommodating. Service was very good...attentive but not always in your face. Portions were ample, too much to eat at one sitting so brought home the remainder. We would highly recommend this restaurant especially if you want authentic Indian cuisine.

After seeing all the great reviews, we drove from Ottawa to come eat dinner here. So glad we did, food was amazing and flavorful! Atmosphere was calm and peaceful! Lots of VEGAN options so we had one of each. We had Cynthia as our server and she had a great energy, provided amazing service! Met the owner and he was very kind and welcoming. From the service to the food to the atmosphere this dinner is one I will remember for years and years! For all vegans out there must try this location, highly highly recommended! Remember, you can always ask for mild ! : Thank you and we hope to be back soon!
