The Sutton's is one of my favorite clubs in Düsseldorf next to the O'Reillys. The facility is, as you do not expect, in an Irish pub, rather dark and original and always much more beautiful than in Fatty's, which on the same streets a few meters. The music is pleasant, very rocky and there are 80s. There are still many football matches after the EM, so for the next game: The prices for Guiness and Co. are of course somewhat more expensive than in other pubs.
What started so nice and friendly ended so stupid and harsh. We went 15 of us in party mood and after a few drinks at other bars around the corner. We got thrown out after paying 2 rounds of drinks because we were singing and the owner who is the owner of Sutton's as well, called the bartender over there to refuse to serve us drinks there as well.... to top it off, we could avoid the worst last minute.
Typical Irish location. I like it's not a fashion trend, because this has been the case for over 30 years. The beer tastes, the mood is good, as well as the operation. It is also good that there are many Irish people. An annual highlight is the St. Patricksday. If you're lucky, you still fit in, because it's always perfect;
Very good pub in the heart of Düsseldorf's old town. You can also stand there, but if the colder is there enough space inside. Either you sit on the side at small tables or at normal tables. The prices are fine as in all Irish pubs. On Irish holidays especially good mood. Many Englishmen and Irishmen visit the pub.
