My dad and I didn't see the waitress to request a change. When I received the bill, I mentioned to the young lady that the drink wasn't what I ordered and that I didn't want to pay for it. She then brought the manager over, who told me he couldn't adjust my check and insisted I had to pay. I stood my ground, explaining that I wouldn’t pay for a drink I didn’t order. I gave this restaurant a 3-star rating primarily due to the customer service I received from the two ladies who took my order during my first visit. I ordered the catfish basket, but unfortunately, the fish lacked any seasoning or flavor; it was simply battered and fried without any seasoning. The taste was completely absent, making the fish unenjoyable. While the portion size was decent for $14, it ended up being wasted because it wasn't good. I recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant, where I found everything to be exceptional. The food, service, and atmosphere each earned a perfect five stars from me.
For a price range of $50 to $100 per person, the meal was worth every penny. I highly recommend the Chicken Wings, Snow Crab, Juicy Special, and the Weekend Special. Decent food and average customer service. Dropped by while passing the area and had high expectations since I saw the other reviews but I was met by disappointment. The seafood here was disappointing; the crabs were tiny, and the shrimp were overcooked. Everything is steamed in a bag with sausage, which makes the dishes very greasy. Additionally, the seasoning was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place in Pearl, MS. You'd be better off going to Crawfish Hut, where the seafood and prices are both better.
