Unfortunately we're there to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and I put that on the reservation. The young lady who seated us asked if there was a special occasion and we told her thinking she signs relay to our server. The server even asked us. Wondering f she was fairly new as didn't really come around unless we reached out to her. My husbands prime rib was tough. Barely edible. They did have the manager come over who offered to replace it ..by then the other 3 of us were almost done our dinner They did take his meal off the bill. We've been to the Keg numerous times most times the meal and service are impeccable. Will definitely think twice before we go back. The cost of eating out has gone...
Actually, a friend had recommended the Keg to me when I asked where should I take my son out for his 50th birthday. Everyone was very friendly, I could not have asked for anything better. Also, the dinner I had was tremendous. I had the salmon and it was simply delicious. I would definitely recommend the Keg to any of my friends and if and when I have another special occasion I would definitely consider your restaurant for dining. Thank you for the special evening that we had.
First of all, everything was excessively priced. Although the food was excellent and the service was outstanding, it still didn’t justify the high costs. We hadn't been to The Keg in a while, but we remembered it as a high-quality casual dining restaurant. Based on how the patrons were dressed and the number of hamburgers being served, it seems things have changed. The decor appeared tired and worn. It seems to have transformed into a fine dining hamburger establishment.
The wait time was impressive, and both servers provided excellent service. The food was quite enjoyable and served at a nice hot temperature. However, the second alcoholic beverage I ordered was quite weak and had too much ice. Additionally, it was a bit noisy due to some crying children nearby. Overall, a good experience!

Always a great dining experience at the Keg noice level is very low so that adds to a great experience the food very delicious served hot in a timely manner, I would recommend the Keg as a great restaurant
We had a party of seven, and our appetizers were served promptly. The timing for the salads and then the main courses was perfect, with very quick service throughout. We had a wonderful time!
As per usual, The Keg Steakhouse has outdone themselves!! The food was exemplary, and our server, Jaime was absolutely fabulous!! Will be back!
