Had a fabulous meal there today. Not a huge menu but don’t let it put you off, there is something for everyone from steak, fish to vegan choice. My daughter, 3 1/2 just loved her fish and chips. The place is clean and well looked after. Will definitely be returning. All staff were attentive, knowledgable and considerate and our server Kelly made sure we had her name, if we needed anything. Nice personal touch. Highly recommend this. Our little one also did a little exploring of the garden and had great fun finding sticks!
The restaurant looks fantastic after the renovation, with good and friendly service. The food was delicious overall, although there were a few minor issues such as no salt and pepper on the tables and a 5-minute wait. Additionally, the waitress cleared my partner's plates while I was still eating. Despite these drawbacks, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning soon.
This is a wonderful pub with delicious and nicely presented food. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
Pub perfection! Delicious, hearty roast dinner with piping hot gravy in front of an open fire. Also the sticky toffee pudding was super. Dog friendly!
