After we arrived at 17.45 a.m. for our jubile meal (we were asked if it was a special occasion to be booked and I said it was) they had a high-time reception so it was busy. I went into the bar and got two drinks and said I had a table booked to be informed that the restaurant was closed because of the high time, I said I had booked and voted my disregard. she went to see someone and said yes ok, but if they want their drinks first, when the waitress was busy with the high time! the presented menu was very limited and not shown on the website. when selecting a bottle of wine from the list that presented us, then five minutes later said that it was not available and we had been given the wrong weeping list. our first cure of whitebait was overwhelmed, the steak was passable. overall, very disappointing.
they said they had no booking for me, even if a confirmation email and a reminder email were received. they have said they don't use opentable anymore than booking. personal unprofessional and unprofessional. would not recommend this place to eat. I ruined my dad's 75th birthday.

Idrove for an hour to reach thus restaurant for my wifes birthday after checking the menu which looked good When we got there the menu was nothing like the site and if we hadnt drivenso long we would have gone home I will never trust thus site again
Received most courteously. Although quite busy, the service was as prompt as needed. Food was more than adequate and served hot. Drinks were of a good range and again served quickly. Very good value in a very good meal
