the smoked tomato chutney served with the burrata was sheer genius in its simplicity the polenta fries taste wise was a one note bite but the cheddar dip sauce changed that the haricot vert and parsnip risotto with shrimp was savory umami perfect chocolate souffle with hazlenut creme anglaise, sinfully wicked waitstaff was uber attentive and nice in a not annoying-hovering way 5
I had a fantastic experience at the Kitchen Step. Everything was excellent, from the creative drink menu and chic bar to the attentive waitstaff who served up perfectly cooked dishes. Additionally, the menu is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this spot as a welcomed addition to the Jersey City dining scene!
I visited this restaurant a week ago and had a fantastic experience! The food was excellent! The poke bowl and the mac and cheese are must-tries! It's some of the best mac and cheese I've ever tasted.
