We have been to Lanbwath lots of times before but today we met Charlotte at the carveryshe really enhanced our visit with her happy smiling presence she genuinely seemed interested in us asking if we'd had a nice day wishing us merry Christmas and called my husband sir! That made him smile it's not often you get good customer service and we deffinatly got it today we throughly enjoyed our food too thank you Charlotte from Mr and Mrs kay
We went for Christmas dinner , first time we have used this place for Christmas ,,,table was decorated very nice with a small box of chocolates and a table decoration , the service was excellent , and our meal was excellent and worth every penny .. we really enjoyed our time and are looking at booking back there next year .. A big thank you from the Wilson family on a great day
I went to this restaurant for breakfast at 10:50 AM and waited for 10 minutes to be served, only to be told that breakfast had ended even though it is served until 11:30 AM. This was our usual spot, but we will not be returning due to the rude staff who need to learn how to speak to customers.
Thank you to Dave and Vicky for making our visits to the restaurant so enjoyable. We appreciate all the staff including the chefs, bar staff, and waitresses for their excellent service. Special thanks to Lorraine and Dave at table 17.
