The Lazeppe - Table reservation

The service is appalling. Waited over 1hr 40 mins for food with a 18 month old and a 3 year old. On booking even told wanted table back quickly which suited us then never served the food!! Had to leave as got too late served food in takeaway containers and still charged £80 and argued people want to be served slowly rather than simply apologising. On the food we took away with us was cold by time home and a criminal amount of salt on some dishes that was all could taste ended up binning it. We had a lovely meal for our sons birthday, it was not to busy in the restaurant, the food was tasty and delicious and the service was outstanding. The food was a little pricey, but no different to all other establishments in Epping.

authentic Chinese restaurant. delicious hot sour soup and sweet sour bun. boss mike is professional and super friendly. will definitely go back!
