I've been working in the area and eaten here many times in the past 10 years but no longer! Last weeks curry was very poor. Today I ordered steak and kidney. I waited an hour and after chasing got something that ha been reheated a few times was dried up and served COLD. My last Spoons meal ever?
cheap and cheerful, no bad layout within so social distancing is generally adhered to, the only complain I have is that the smoke area that was formerly the entire outside seat area is limited to a very small area, which means that there are often quite a few people close to each other.
cheap delicious food and drink, great service and great atmosphere. and best is the greener a brexiter. as with all wetherspoons pubs, however, it may have to do so, so geduld may be necessary. beware of tim martin to give us so many unique places, and great worth for money.
