Located on Palmbeach, Hotel Chesterfield is the Leopard Lounge. This place has exactly the right amount of opulence and swank could be expected from the islands restaurants. With heavily painted décor, vinyl loaded seats, bring back memories of the grandmother's sofa from the early 80s and hand-painted wall paintings on the ceiling, you will be transported to what feels like a meal at the turn of the century. It was surprisingly empty for a Friday night in winter. Maybe because of the current state of corona and the crowd that usually visit on the older side? The bartenders, hostess and hosts were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful. I had pannenlachs with potatoes and spinach. Exquisite. A place for the normal crew. That was my first time. Many droit dancers. The ladies dress to impress and the men do most, but there was a man with a backward baseball cap on his head... a middle age man. Not what I would expect in such a nice restaurant and lounge. Take a walk in the lobby. Beautiful Morano chandelier hangs in the lobby. Just exquisite.
