Went for our early Anniversary dinner while on vacation. The ambiance is nice, intimate upscale. Our food was really good. The feta/sundried tomato appetizer was interesting. We both had filets and they were tender. I had one with bleu cheese and a port wine reduction sauce, it was delicious. He had peppercorn sauce on his and enjoyed it. I would say whatever you usually prefer temperature wise, it comes cooked a bit more. I ordered a med rare filet, it came medium. He ordered blue rare, it came medium. Absolutely outstanding experience! From the appetizer beef tips and shrimp, to the entrées we ordered, and the restaurant staff, it was a great evening. Brian is such a great waiter. I can 't remember the last time a waiter seemed like such a genuinely nice person to talk to. He made the night even better! My fiancé got the filet au poivre, and I got the regular filet. Both came with a roll, baked potato, and carrots. It was all cooked perfectly! This beats out every country club and fine dining chain steakhouse I 've ever been to!
Went to celebrate an early Valentine 's day with my husband, and it was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was great, and the service was phenomenal. We had an amazing appetizer, entree, and dessert, but as delicious as it was, we will be returning because of our server. Ryan was clearly skilled, he had perfect timing, and he was incredibly informative! By far, this is the best place to go for a romantic dinner. Thank you for making this Valentine 's day one of the best we 've ever had!!
From beginning to end, The Library proved to be a fantastic restaurant. The service, food, and ambiance were all exceptional. Robert provided excellent care, answering all our questions and making perfect suggestions. The she crab soup was especially fabulous. The food and wine were delightful, and the intimate, relaxed atmosphere made for a very enjoyable dining experience. This was the best restaurant we have tried in Myrtle Beach. Kudos to Shad and his staff for providing such a fantastic evening!

My wife and I come here whenever we want a special night out, as usual the food was amazing tonight we sat at the bar and Stacy was bartending, was just starting to pick up so we got to have a good conversation( just like Seinfeld about everything and about nothing) If you do want to dine in ask for Senatra!! She will make your meal even that more special. She took time to say hi to my wife and I at the bar. If you want the best in fine dining this is the place.
This was our anniversary we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 35 years we now live here for the last 3 years however we've never been to the library restaurant the appetizer was the best we have had for both of us however the main course was not the best if not this would have been a five-star experience I had the duck it was overcooked my wife had the pasta it wasn't even fresh pasta and not al dente
My friends and I went to The Library for a special dinner celebrating my friends engagement. It was such a special experience. Our waitress, Senatra was a delight and made the evening feel personalized and unique. The entire staff at The Library were top notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and chic. Highly recommend!
We were in Paris a couple of weeks ago so we decided to come to the Library hoping to relive great French cuisine. And we got just that The fish was a little bit on the drier side but other than everything was so delicious. It's definitely the best food tasting restaurant I've been to in MB

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We have been coming here every year for the past 3 years to celebrate our anniversary. It's my favorite restaurant of all time we have never got a dish we didn't enjoy.
Phenomenal! All of it. The ceasar salad is out of this world. The steak Diane is a must.
