A popular pub in Magdeburg although it's not in the party area of the city, it's crowded on most evenings. A typical Irish pub with the typical British beers British food available. Their burgers are tasty filling decently priced. You can...also enjoy some football or rugby or other sports depending on what's going on. The only downside is that they have a smoking area which is not properly separated you end up going home with the stink of cigarette smoke all over yourself your clothes
This bar does not open until so you might not notice it. Does not advertise that it does food. It does!! Burgers , ribs etc. Good food and drink in a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly bar and table service. Excellent find, highly recommend. Also...has nonsmoking and separate smoking part divided by doors, could not detect any smell of smoke
Whoever sees the building in which the Lion is to be found, thinks only: Oh, my God, I'm afraid that the ceiling will collapse! ; But from the inside you will be very positively surprised. Very pleasant ambience, wide selection of drinks and small dishes and a good price performance ratio! Keep going!
Super friendly staff. The pub has cozy seating areas and the Guinnes tastes as it must taste! Delicious burgers at fair price. The small stools are authentic for long sitting (especially for girls) sometimes exhausting!
