Amazing experience at The Lobby!! Like.. when I tell y 'all my jaw hit the ground from shock at the level of customer service, I am not exaggerating. The customer service here from the security guard, manager and staff was incredible. I was born and raised in the south where people say southern people are nice... For one that 's not true but I give credit where it 's due and this establishment is top notch and deserves all the credit.. OKAY NEWARK!! Everyone here was beyond nice. Even right before last call, the manager, security guard and staff talked to us respectfully and personably. Andrika, Brandon and John William all made our experience one to remember... at 3am! I have visited the lobby numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed in the service, food or drinks! It is my go to when I am in the area. I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review but here I am now and let me say it with mychest I love the lobby! The lobby seems like a fun weekend establishment to visit, but they are inconsistent as a restaurant/lounge. With a mentality to chase money by old sales techniques, pressing one to spend $50 per person, but can’t accommodate seating for the whole party ?This is our third and final time visiting the lobby. After 15 minutes without being serviced, 10+ minutes waiting for ourdrinks (still has not come as I write this) we thought perhaps the hookah could save the night, We were Informed after alreadyhaving our order taken that hookah isn’t allowed indoors tonight, but is available in the empty $50 sectionoutdoors……hahaha cheers to The Lobby ????????????
Lobby bar is one of a kind! This place houses an indoor sports bar an outdoor patio that has a live DJ. We had a birthday there and Viki went above and beyond to make it special for us. She was absolutely amazing and delivered the best service possible.Thank you Lobby bar for making this event special. If you’re either a tourist or a local, thiis is a must visit place. Thereis free parking and free WIFI. There is also Hookah, $35 charge extra. They have great promos here too. Make sure to ask .

I came here with my BLACK friends and they were so rude about me sitting down and they were empty after I bought 100 dollars worth of food and idk how much in drinks . Everyone on staff was Hispanic and rude to me and my black friends and was nice to the Hispanic customers, disgusting. Black people spend tour money else this place is RACIST I will never spend money here again. The girl Leslie was very rude and the bald manager was rude
The Lobby NJ was a wonderful experience. I arrived here with a few friends to watch Thursday Night Football and was seated right away. We got food and beer buckets. A great place for drinks and vibes! The DJ was on fire with the throwbacks ???? I'm sure onthe weekends the main floor gets packed but Thursday it was fairly quiet. A great time will definitely be back.
If I could do zero I would. Hole in wall. Claim to have 40+ TVs but lower level closed to electrical issues. Can you say fire hazard. Ask to turn tv to hockey on ESPN and they do t have channel. What a sports bar with no espn. Place should be closed down. Cost me 25.00 in Uber fees and was there three minutes.
The lobby has been around me for years. I liked it here, then they started acting as if they were the ONly stop on the planet. always, server with terrible settings. I am glad that they pay them well and regardless of the worst service I have. avoid this wrong place. .

Came for a quick lunch special. But it turns out it's a whole delicious meal complete with a Sandia glass. The bartender Priscilla could not be nicer. She recommended what to eat and she was right on the money. Will definitely come back
