I have been there twice in the last 2 months. Service is sub par when when slow, terrible when busy. My lobster Alfredo was a broken greasy sauce. Got the king Neptune on Mother's Day. Lobster so small extremely over cooked as were the crab legs. A seafood restaurant shouldn't leave you like smelling like you swam in the pond.
I was part of a table of 12. Food and service was spot on all around. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because the men's bathroom is hideous. Good luck if your 200+ lbs. Very tight very outdated, urinal didn't flush.
My sisters I go to Lobster House for lunch frequently We love their menu. Everything is delicious . Their prices are very good as well as the service!
Was disappointed in the to go bowl of Lobster Bisque Was sooo tiny for the price Ate there in house the day before and the cup size was bigger
