The food was excellent, however, the brownie was not served as usual, it took 1 hour to come and clear the table, without even asking for a coffee or dessert, it was us after waiting another 30 minutes who were had to go and order at the bar… The service really leaves something to be desired! But the burger is a treat! Too bad, because if the service was as good as the meal, it would be tooooooisim!
We were at this restaurant this evening, and we like to come here from time to time because we are never disappointed! A very nice, clean setting, and above all a very good restaurant!!! The service is great, the waiter is very professional and very patient with the customers… which must not always be easy thank you for everything and we are already looking forward to returning there soon!
Terrible, unpleasant and incompetent service. Rarely do people refuse to answer the phone in a restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told that there was no more meat for the menu ordered 45 minutes before. So only two burgers out of the three ordered. And the kitchen is very ordinary. I had already allowed myself to set foot there again, now it’s confirmed. A shame.
Great family restaurant with excellent burgers and good service. They have a nice area for children to play and a good selection of beer. The burgers are generally very undercooked. So if you don’t want to take risks make sure to ask them to cook the meat thoroughly. However I ate there several times and never experienced issues. Book a table now
5 stars for the Burgers which are excellent, too bad we can't give 0 for the service which is catastrophic. Whether on site or to take away, I systematically had errors in the orders, in addition to dealing with someone who was unpleasant and unfriendly. Too bad, because the place has great potential.
Two of us came (for the 3rd time for dinner on a Sunday evening: Service Perfect and fast (super friendly waitress! ; Food and cocktail Delicious (Hugo burgers poutine Brownie ; Price Correct; Atmosphere and setting Very pleasant. A very good romantic evening!
Made with local ingredients, the burgers are very good, home made fries or side salads are excellent. The service was good. I went there with my son (13 y.o. for dinner and had a good time. Recommended if you are in the region.
