Their food wasn't as Mexican as I thought it would be , but it was very fresh and not bad at all. It's my teenage son's favorite place to go and eat. The service was impeccable. Great waitress, was on point ,always had a smile. Knew my son from him going in so much to eat. Had great manners , and was very down to earth and had great conversation with her.With that said , it was slow when we went so she had the chance to talk and just made my first experience comfortable, and super friendly. The food wasn't bad at all , prices were absolutely great, and service was awesome. I will definitely return.
I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I've been here twice; the first time was nice with good service. However, this second visit was disappointing. We waited a long time at our table just to receive overly greasy fried pickles with our meal. Appetizers are typically served before the entrees, but that didn't happen this time. The food wasn't great, and the beer my partner ordered was off as well. Our waitress didn't provide very good service either. I probably won't be returning.
I habe eaten here 3 times. Each time it has taken over 45 minutes to get food to the table, the most recent time it was over an hour for our order. Nearly just walked out. We were asked 4 times if we needed anything in that time and all 4 times they never brought the items we requested.Before we even got our food the waitress asked us how we wanted to pay for the food we hadn't received yet. Unless they get more staff or figure out how to speed things up I would avoid this place.
The menu offers a variety of interesting options, including pizza, burgers, pasta, and Mexican dishes. The chips and salsa are fantastic—super fresh chips! I was pleasantly surprised by the refried beans, as I'm not usually a fan of them. Overall, the meal was quite enjoyable. We went out with some Mexican friends this time, which made it even better. I can't wait to return and try the pizza; it looks amazing! Our waitress was very nice and attentive, promptly taking our orders.

The 12oz Red Bull gives you an idea of just how massive the Extreme Pizza is—it's a whopping 28 inches! It almost didn't fit in the truck. You might think a pizza this large wouldn't taste great, but it was surprisingly delicious. We had four people and still couldn't finish half of it! I highly recommend it. I’ve also included a few pictures from inside the restaurant; it has a lovely atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the dollar bills decorating the walls.
I would say a word of advice would be to have your staff communicate with your customers and be more welcoming. No atmosphere is very stale. The food was not bad, but who you have working for you really matters. Southern hospitality really matters in a southern community.
My first time eating at The Local. It did not disappoint. Good variety of food for everyone in our party from the child to the oldest adult. Everything was delicious, pizzas, sandwiches and even chicken tenders. Friendly staff! I highly recommend trying it!
The service was excellent, and the fresh pizza was absolutely outstanding. The complimentary chips and salsa were also top-notch. I highly recommend this place!
