This was one of the worse experiences I've had and a complete rip off. The food was terrible. This was advertised as an easter brunch with bottomless mimosas and **** mary's and an egg hunt for the kids. When we arrived we were told that the drinks were not included at all and there was no egg hunt for the kids. We asked about the egg hunt multiple times and other than bringing out a bunny for all of 10 seconds the people working at this place, including the host, seemed to know nothing about the egg hunt. Was looking forward to this brunch and trying the Restaurant at the Lot. Single mom with two kids so this was a splurge. Unfortunately, I was bummed at the expense/experience. Not a lot of variety, especially for the kids just corn dogs really and corn on the cob). A lot of the food that was offered was cold. I know it was a buffet and that can be expected but even when they refreshed the food it was cold...almost to the point where I wanted to ask if they could heat up a dish or two. Came for Easter Brunch Buffet, food was ok not great but ok. The dessert station was VERY GOOD! The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The flyers and emails advertised a Mimosa and **** Mary bar with the brunch but the waiter told us that they were an additional charge and NOT included with the brunch. Even the 2 coffees we ordered were NOT included in the brunch, such a rip off! Even El Torito offers complementary mimosas and coffee with their regular Sunday buffets, and honestly food tastes the same. Well, we won't be making this mistake again.
Do not book any special events. They are false advertising. Booked their Easter brunch that implied an Easter egg hunt and mimosa and **** Mary bar were included in the price. Made reservations where you had to prepay a non refundable reservation. Show up to find out that their hunt was pick an egg from a box and mimosas or any beverage was not included in the price. Top it off, even though I prepaid for the subpar buffet I still had to pay again. Despite the fact that I should them that their own company charged my credit card and not OpenTable.

Mothers Day Brunch was a HUGE disappointment! I should’ve stuck to my instincts based on the Easter Brunch reviews. Brunch at the LOT is not the same pre-pandemic so do not waste your time. $65 brunch consisted of 2 soggy salads, English muffins with cold deli ham they called eggs Benedict, a handful of mini muffins and a charcuterie board. Do yourself a favor and go to El Torito, where at least you get a decent amount of food and bottomless mimosas! Never coming for brunch again!
Advertising was misleading, $59 per person for brunch with a mimosa bar and **** Mary bar but those were NOT included. $59 was just for the buffet which was mediocre at best. I was required to pre-pay to reserve but was charged in full when we were leaving. I explained that I already paid but was told that was just a deposit that would be refunded, which it has not yet! Event Manager was incredibly rude, advertising was misleading and business practices are shady. I won’t go back!
After years of being in operation, I can say nothing much have changed. Very limited selections still, however, the staffs were very accommodating. They let us order the items supposedly they offer for dinner as it was early and not that busy yet. The sea bass was good per my client but the pork chop was overcooked and not moist leaving me not finishing it. We ordered chocolate lava cake for dessert but got disappointed. Other than that, place is always clean and not crowded.
The Mimosa and **** Mary bar seemed (the wording on event) to be included in the brunch cost; however, upon being seated, we were told it was not. Food was dismal and desserts were not refilled when empty. Way too expensive for the value.

The server was having a bad day. Maybe managing to many tables. The highlight was Eric the host! Food taste like movie theatre food I guess they share the same cook. Chicken Strips Fries taste like they were under a warmer and not fresh.
