The scotch eggs are great! But my entrees kept coming out raw. First I ordered the salmon (medium temp) and it was raw. The server offered to have it remade. I ordered the steak salad instead (medium rare temp), and that came out raw as well. And the dressing, described as a basil vinaigrette, was loaded cilantro. This is a good place for drinks and apps but was disappointed in the mains.
The MacMillan Whisky Room is a great place! My husband and I came to the restaurant for your 15th wedding anniversary. I thought it would be a great place because my husband is an avid scotch collector. He and I had a great time. The food was great and the staff was soooooo nice and helpful. We will defiantly be back.
Food and drinks are good. Not a fan of the menu on iPads and the server holding the card reader while you pay. Tipping and answering a survey in front of your server makes for an awkward experience.
Food was fair. Short ribs were bland Quesadillas were good large bourbon selection but nothing special Sauce that everyone can get. Happy hr applies to only selected liquors. Staff failed to tell us Book a table now
Be sure to ask for Josie at the bar She’s amazing, friendly, and her old fashioned’s are the BEST! Also be sure to visit during their EVERYDAY happy hour 4 7pm!
If you want nice dining with great food and drinks oh and I did mention that staff is amazing then this is the place for you.

"My partner and I met up with my sister here for brunch/lunch and it was great! We came in on a Sunday around 10:30am and we were seated right away. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! Went later for some cheesecake slices.My only complaint is that the slices are nearly $10 each!! A little pricey, in my opinion, but nonetheless tasty!"
