my big brother is currently in town, and we had our second catching meal in the picturesque neighbourhood of battersea. our newly engaged friends were there for the journey. as london the weather was asked on this bank holiday. the magic garden has an eclectic, funky vibe. there is an old car, a mysterious shed and a mosaic of old furniture. together with the soft, dirty floor, I wondered if it's for children or drunk adult. or so, it's a good time. few others dare to go into the magic garden this afternoon, but the meal times have taken place safely. the menu choice for this day was more limited. so three of us moved towards burger and my sibling went for the fried calamari and flowers frit...
the magic garden is a quirky location. they have live (many alternative music and it is hidden in a kind of bohemian/ hip style. there were a few very annoying (and very drunk musicians sitting in the (current black taxi in the garden there on Sunday afternoon that I visited. Apart from them I would say that it was a good place to relax. there are many vegan options on the menu. When it was a Sunday, I went to the nussbraten. it was good, though I thought she was a bit stingy with the veg. I would go back.
What a great place!!!!! We visited for a birthday celebration. We had an area booked in the garden. Even though it was quite a chilling evening we were not really cold because there were enough heaters. They have lots of space available for booking (inside and outside). They let you order food from outside. You just tell the delivery to meet you at th door.
the best place in london for live music, the employees are on the same mood as the customers that decor is chic and unoffessive. I wasn't there already, but every time I go there, I have one night, like no other place has made available. the garden is huge and full of settees, colorful lights and cover to keep them warm in the cold. a true jewel! brilliant food for a brilliant price. the personal was really friendly and the drinks were also nice. the vegan options were exceptionally good. would definitely recommend and go back if in london again.
