The Malt Shovels is a very traditional pub that seems unchanged since it was established. Pints of ale are inexpensive at £3 each, but there’s no food available, and using mobile phones is discouraged. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills pub, this is the place. A Sam Smith's pub you can't use mobile phones , tablet's etc . I only use the place on a weekday afternoon , always quite , the pub is spotlessly clean , and always warm. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £1–10
