Went here with my girlfriend whom had been here before and couldn't stop raving about it. What a great and fun dining experience! We had reservations for 7 and the friendly hostesses got us right to our table. We had a spot for two and there just didn't seem to be enough space for everything we were getting so everything was a little cramped, but that's the only negative thing I can say about this place. I loved the fondue but you definitely need to tell them to ADD SEASONING to the fondue AND ask them to bring ALL the seasonings when they bring your veggies to grill. Grilled veggies doesn't taste like much without the seasoning. The food itself was great! We had the vegan dinner and they were able to make that cheez melt. Look at my pic! However, it took a really long time when our waiter checked on us. About 15 minutes for the waiter to bring the seasonings for the veggies, they were cooked and I was already half way done. There is no great ambience, felt like a regular restaurant. We took a 4 course for 2 and believe me it took 3 hours, food came very very late between each course. We were standing with no one addressing at the reception for almost 10 mins, there was no hello/hi from the lady at reception, we never felt welcoming. Saying that, our server Erik was amazing. Over all for food ONLY, we may come back again.

The Melting Pot was such a nice place to enjoy dinner with my family. The waiters we're incredibly nice and welcoming. The food was better than I can even describe! The fondue was perfectly made and melts in your mouth with every bite. With the meat package we got Salmon, Teriyaki Steak, Chicken, Mushrooms, and Shrimp! The last thing we got was the Milk Chocolate Fondue, that fondue can make life worth living for! I 100% recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a nice place to eat!
we went to birthday dinner last night. had an absolute explosion! evan was our waiter, he was great! when they were busy, everything is slow, what I actually loved, there was time to really enjoy our experience! so much fun and will definitely be back! we ordered the wisconsin cheddar for cheese, california and a home salad, the steak lovers and the land and the sea for our entree boiled mojo style and the flaming turtle for our chocolate. 100% satisfied!
this place was phenomenal! we came here for our high-time anniversary and made the 4 cursor meals for 2 people. everything was full of taste and all ingredients tasted fresh. our waiter, ian, was also amazing. we have walked through the whole process and was very attentive. the manager came by and had a nice chat with us (not the typical ones, did they have their meals? okay, bye. that was our first time here, but did not define our last!
this was my first visit, but there are many more visits coming. it was under 150 (with control and 20% tipp) for me and my friend to get a four cursor meal. the meal included a cheese fondue, salad, a plate of a many number of meat and sauces that we cooked to our own taste, and a chocolate fondue dessert. we will definitely come back.

We took the kids and had the chicken and steak. It was a 2 hour experience. The kids loved it. I wouldve liked to have seen a bill rather than just seeing the total on a screen because the bill was 50$ more than I expected.
