I might have had an off day, but my experience here didn't live up to the expectations set by others. The staff was friendly and courteous, so that definitely deserves 5 stars. The bagel was decent, but considering the price and the portion size, I would have preferred to dine somewhere else—3 stars for that. However, the tea was absolutely terrible. I ordered the largest size available, but it tasted like ammonia, which is the best way I can describe it. I'm not sure if the water was so hot that it affected the flavor, but it was inedible. I left the lid off while eating my bagel, hoping it would cool down enough to drink, but it never did. I’m quite familiar with the brand of tea they used...
I tried this cafe out when I was back in the area recently. The snickerdoodle iced latte was so good! Very smooth coffee compared to dunkin,sbux, etc. My only issue was that the prices are not clear on the menu. So my Small specialty iced latte w oat milk was around $6.80. Very steep price for the small size. Especially since it was just a flavored latte without cold foam or any fancy toppings.. However, the customer service was great and the guy at the counter was so patient in explaining the drinks! I would go back to try other drinks but pls be transparent in pricing!
We stopped here during a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and dedicated. The lattes were among the best I've ever tasted, and the food was excellent as well. The interior is charming and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area—10/10!
