Service did not feel welcomed, had to ask for our drinks orders to be taken, food order came out wrong and drinks were slow to arrive. Food delicious once it arrived. Good food but one of our party was a vegan and not many options for main apart from a salad so had a starter that they did make into a bigger portion. It's a great venue very homely atmosphere menus good and service. Very clean and covid safe. We love our new years day lunch only missed 2021 I recommend a visit if not for a meal then have a drink in the ambient surroundings.
Booked in for dinner, with friends. Limited menu but the food was excellent, my pork belly was just how I like it, an unctuous slab of pork with crispy cracking. Service was prompt and cheerful. Would certainly go again
