From the moment I placed my reservation to the moment I left, I was made to feel relaxed. After noting my hearing-loss on my booking, I was welcomed with a smile and guided to my table in the corner away from the main bar. Despite this I still struggled to hear, as I dined at peak time. However, my waitress Talli, immediately put me at ease by showing me the tablet whilst using subtle hand gestures to confirm my wine and steak order. Talli also ensured that I was looking at her when communicating with me, didn't hesitate to repeat if required and was friendly, professional and welcoming.
