Stayed over last night 26th August at short notice . We got a family room as did not want 2 single beds . The room was lovely and clean . Only down turn was the room was quite warm even with the windows open . But it was summer so not much could be done about it . We went over for tea but never thought we had to book a table . The waitresses was really nice and said that we could wait for a table but was looking at 2 hours . We decided just to wait and have a drink . only back from our second family meeting of the year in the old ginn house. love the place. the staff can not do enough for them. the menu is extensive and the food is excellent. the regular breakfast is huge so glad that there was an option for a smaller part. everything is freshly cooked. we will definitely come back!
I've been with my man and sometimes the kids here. it is probably the only place where the children always eat a meal when they come with us. they even have colored pencils and pictures to keep them entertaining. it is a real atmosphere with friendly staff and really good trips. highly recomended.
