this is a nice, friendly pub to visit. the food was nice, served very hot the ladies behind the bar were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for feeling so welcome. we were in the village because my daughter wanted to buy a huh to replace a very beloved pet. (local chicken farm had the breed she was looking for). we've been closing with two! we were allowed to get them into the bar while we had a drink before we returned to crayford and grays. a so friendly atmosphere. the staff and the regular were so chatting with us. nice village to visit. but many hills!
really nice friendly pub with good service and good food. in beautiful location on the village green. also, excellent live music on some Sunday afternoon afternoons.
nice pub. very limited menu, but they do not wait old, so for me it was perfect. will be back next time.
