I came back to this place after years of a hiatus, so you don't have to come and get sick and spend your Friday on the toilet. SHAME on this place for serving cold, rubbery, grey overcooked and then stored at an improper temperature chicken. My whole dish and my fathers dish were both cold when we stuck our fingers in it to see temperature after the chicken surprise. The manager had the sheer audacity to tell me that the chicken had not been stored more than a few hours under a heat lamp when thay was obviously false because the chicken was cold in the middle like it had been stored in a chiller. She even tried to tell me that my pasta had been made when we ordered it, another incredibly fal...
Manager special was barely okay...cheese and clam sauces. I could others sprinkled with plenty of cheese. By then, I mixed my two sauces because of its blandness. Can not say the salad was much to rave about... Iceberg and sprinkles of julienne carrots. Oil and vinegar was good! Bread was my favorite: warm with dish of soft butter!Service was attentive; cheerful waitress working on tables of 22 guests.Arrived and room was very warm. Took a while for water to arrive. Still it stayed warm throughout the meal. Was told air conditioning was on.Prices have jumped since few years ago. My spaghetti dish was about $24+Overall... used to be a fan of Spaghetti Factory, not now.
When I spoke with the manager about these issues, she only offered to comp a meal if we returned to dine in. I explained that we had four entrees that were not correct and requested a refund for those. She then asked me to send pictures to a phone number to support my claims. After a lengthy 30-minute conversation, she agreed to comp three of our meals, which we appreciated.
However, this experience really put a damper on my mom's Mother's Day dinner. I hope that our next visit will be much better.
I had the most amazing server Everet. He was very attentive and cheerful, such a joy to be around. I had the creamy pesto salad which is hands down the best salad dressing ever. I had the fettuccine alfredo which was also very good. If u want to have a enjoyable dinning experience definitely ask for Everet!

More than just spaghetti, I love their ravioli dishes, and also their vegetarian options, one being the broccoli stir fried in butter and dashed with lots of mizithra cheese. Also worth duplicating at home! A tempting and delicious way to eat cruciferous veggies.
Love the train decor, always a favorite to take visitors too. Vegetarian options: Mushroom sauce over pasta, or mithizzrah cheese. Kid-friendliness: Kids love sitting inside the train.
Avoid going on Mondays, as they serve old pasta and leftover items from the weekend. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the quality of the fresh food on weekends is outstanding.
Love this place. Pasta red sauce and Alfredo sauced need a bit more flavor but overall good and love the big comfy velvet chairs.
