The bagels are super delicious, but they should not put a person who is not a morning person responsible for the answer to the phone. Very rude. I know that many customers are evil, but not all. Don't be rude to those who are not evil. I know how it is to be on your side, but is not professional, rude that?s so hard trying not to be rude back.
Authentic as you can get. The Nova Lox were top notch. Fast and friendly service and a very clean facility. Will return as often as presentated with the opportunity. Thanks Brooklyn Water Bagel, WELL DONE!!!!
Her food is great (best bagels anyway) and her staff is always beautiful, helpful and fast. Your Cubista coffee is my favorite coffee ice cream cubes to prevent your ice cream being watered.
We love Brooklyn Water Bagel and never have any complaints. However, this morning we are clearly missing some cream cheese. It?s frustrating to pay the price for 8oz and not get a full tub.
