this place is an absolute sweat, they take their money and do not even deliver their order. after hours wait for my order, they tell me that it was delivered if it wasn't! the driver is completely rude, sworn on the phone and suspended....If they call the takeaway, all they do is laugh at the call and put it on the stop! you will do it! - what? they have been wrong and it is so. wouldve given no ratings but had to put to submit.
It used to be our favourite burger place, however this time the quality of the burger patty has gone down severely. Burger was so hard to chew. Bun wasn’t grilled and hence got soggy. As other reviewers mentioned cheese was tasteless. Chips were ok....Garlic mayo sauce had a consistency of water. Sad to see it happen to a good place.
a last minute choice as our hotel was so bad, but seriously wow the best burger of all time. the delivery was quick and easy and the delivery driver was friendly and funny. have eaten back into the room still hot enough, but it was juicy and. fleshy and chaotic big burger, chips were a bit dry

I was randomly looking for google cards for somewhere near a cheap burger meal and this place appeared. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger. good size, good tasting bark and decent chips. the best caring burger I've had for a long time.
Really enjoyed my takeaway vegetarian burgers and wraps. Really quick delivery tonight especially as the traffic is bad due to flooding etc. Very honest delivery driver as I had not noticed two notes stuck together. Nice food just what I wanted.
Recommended by a friend, food was delicious and inexpensive and the service was very quick, just like any other fast food restaurant, would eat here again
Had a take away delivered. Definitely NOT gourmet. And extra hair found in chips. Threw all the food in the bin.

Really poor burger certainly not gourmet. Most of it went in the bin. Gristly overcooked meat and watery sauces.
The best tasting burger in Reading, exceptional value for money and always delivered on time! Fantastic
