Very disappointing… After years of passing it by, I finally gave it a try today. I ordered a take-home pizza. I paid, and was told it'd take 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes… I was late picking up my partner from work from across the parking lot, so I had to say something. They couldn't explain what happened. This is at Grand Central Mall in Vienna,WV. Good to see this local business still here. Just stopped in after about 10yrs of not having it. Years ago The Original Pizza Place was the place for pizza and more...... Definitely not now!! Extremely disappointed!! Way over priced $3.50 per slice! The pepperoni thick slice has more crust than toppings and no flavor! I wander if it will be good or bad in another 10yrs, because that might when I try it again?? I doubt it!!
Delicious pizza, outstanding staff, great drinks. and good pepperoni rolls! This really is the golden standard of pizza. The family-run establishment reflects the companies core values that permeates the atmosphere and reflects inclusive feelings and love.
Sofie is an awesome sales lady. We were going to spend more money till we heard her suggestion and went with it. Im from NY originally and their pizza tasted like home. Very fast service and clean. Definitely will return.

always an incredible experience going to the pizza place. The staff is so kind and friendly I will be a forever customer. So prompt with their service and they all are extremely genuine.
The food is delicious and the prices are fair. The only problem is you're in the food court at the mall so seating can be problematic along with the noise.
Food is amazing. Stopped by at around 1:30 and had to wait about 20 minutes for a cheese bread. It was delicious though and the sweet tea is.
Food tastes great It was easy to order and pick up. I ordered extra toppings and didn't get them. Other than that it was great.
