This review is for Mediterranean on 5953 Main Street in Williamsville NY. I am highly disturbed by this establishment. I have never encountered this type of service or management/ owner issue ever. I am addressing a series of deeply troubling experiences I have encountered at your establishment. On multiple occasions, I have been subjected to discriminatory treatment by a member of your staff, which has left me feeling marginalized and unwelcome. During my initial visit a few months ago, I called to inquire about using a credit I had been issued. The person who answered the phone initially was polite, but the situation quickly deteriorated. If you go to other locations (like me you will be disappointed when you come to this location. The service was friendly, but they only have one type of rice. (The food selection was limited. The container they store the food in at this location is also smaller and different. And you also can’t collect points for you food. (I order Rachel’s 3-4 times per month, so earning the rewards is important to me. All in all, I wont come back to this location! I would rather go to my usual location (Niagara Falls Blvd or Delaware Very good service though and clean. I give them credit for that.
The food is really good, service is always good, atmosphere could stand some TLC but I usually take out anyway.
The food is the deal here, so shut up, sit down, and enjoy some delicious food.
