The Otter - Table reservation

I recently visited the Otter after a while and was pleasantly surprised by the tasteful refurbishment that has given it a more modern yet still cozy feel. Despite it being a busy lunchtime between Christmas and New Year, the sole waitress, Sally, managed the entire restaurant floor with ease. Sally is a familiar face at the restaurant and always makes you feel welcome with her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in how you are doing. The food, particularly the Crispy Chicken Burger, was delicious as always, but the real reason to visit the Otter is for the comfortable and homey atmosphere that makes you feel like you're dining out while still enjoying the comforts of home.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant on Sunday. I have visited before and have always enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right by the river. Even on a cold winter day, it added to the experience. The decor is nice, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is friendly. I loved the food options and the quality. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you.

We love to call in here for one of their tasty burgers and the extremely warm welcome we always receive from Sally. The Otter has a great atmosphere with a lovely fire going making it feel very cosy. It’s always a nice experience to visit.
