love it! I often go to the weekends. they have salty or sweet pancakes. all are amazing. I love especially the banana spéculos chantilly and chocolate / caramel pancakes. royal pancake is also very good (with lachs.) the owner is very friendly. it is always a pleasure to go there, and it is on the Todo list of all my friends ho come to visit lausanne
