I took my wife and children out for lunch on Mother's Day. The experience started off with a warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. The service began with a smile, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. The service was lackluster and the food was disappointing. The appetizers were underwhelming, my wife's main dish was poorly cooked with low-quality meat, and my meal was average but not very filling. My son's cheeseburger came on a brown bun, which we were told was a healthier option, and the other children's meals were microwaved. During our visit, the restaurant was very quiet and somewhat empty. However, the service was friendly and the food was delicious.
We had a reservation at 12.30 today for lunch but when we arrived, the restaurant was fully booked and we were turned away.
The restaurant was three quarters empty yet the service was slow and the food poor. Never again.
