We have been to the Partridge on numerous occasions over the last couple months and the standards of food and service just gets better and better! Our visit last week however, the best of them all!! The food from their new spring menu is by...far the tastiest, heartiest food we’ve had in a long time (as well as looking so beautiful on the plate my wife didn’t even want to eat it we met the head chef Matt and his wife Sarah out front, well what a team! All staff were attentive, fires were lit, the atmosphere was relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to many more visits over the summer to finally make good use of that garden. Welldone partridge!
I visited this restaurant with my family for a mid-week birthday celebration, and we were the only customers there initially. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. They were also attentive to any food intolerances we had. More customers arrived later on, but the atmosphere remained peaceful, welcoming, and reminiscent of a great local pub. We will definitely be returning in the future.
What a gorgeous lunch! We were greeted by Sarah who looked after us beautifully and we felt so welcome during our first visit to The Partridge Inn. The food was absolutely fantastic. We had steaks, a burger and the risotto of the day. None...of us had a single complaint huge compliments to the chef. We very much recommend a visit if you haven’t tried the menu before. Well worth it!!

Changed my review as I have been again since previous owner 'sara ' and her husband left. Much better place, very welcoming. Feels like a pub again. Lack of rude, judgy, stuck up owners really makes a difference. The locals actually go there now!
My wife and I had a meal the other evening at the Partridge lovely food from Matt the head chef, and great service from Sarah and the team. The log fire in the main restaurant area added to the welcoming ambience. Will definitely...be returning!
Heading to Rogate bike park on the Friday and heard you could camp at the partridge inn. Everyone was so friendly, dinner was amazing plus a few beers before bed. What’s not to love Highly recommended. Thank you all, Andy
Had a delicious beef roast! Service was great and friendly atmosphere. Only thing I would say, is the apple crumble was more a fruit bowl with a sprinkle of crumble crumbs on top! And there was only 20ml of custard!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The bar has fantastic seating options that are very cozy. The garden is lovely and they even welcome dogs.
