We have lived in Leigh for 6 years but only recently discovered this lovely fish and chip shop. The staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious. We usually get a takeaway but today I ate in with my daughters. The service was amazing, my daughter cannot eat milk or egg (intolerance) and they were able to tell her what was ok to eat, even showing her labels. I highly recommend this restaurant for takeaway or eat in.
This fish and chip takeaway is brilliant, not only was the food excellent quality and value for money, but Tom is a really good owner/manager? He epitomises everything that is good about local businesses. He knows his produce, he knows his customers. He was friendly and kind and I left the shop feeling good. Thanks Tom, mother in law enjoyed her birthday treat and the tartar sauce!
This fish and chips shop in Leigh-on-Sea is definitely the best in Essex. The food is fabulous and the staff are always friendly. It's worth the trip and I highly recommend it.
