I had previously ordered from them before for my graduation cake and they put vanilla icing instead of chocolate. I tried giving them another chance and ordered from them again, this time for my birthday. I went to go pick it up (it was 2:52pm) and the door was locked. The sign said that they closed at 3pm. They did not called me to tell me when to pick it up and when I knocked on the door one of the employees answered very rudely and seemed annoyed. I was very respectful and patient but I needed to pick up my cake so I was very upset with how I was treated when picking up my cake. Pioneer Bakery is my favorite eatery. I was always a fan of First Watch but I've become a convert. First, they employ special needs employees and I'm a BIG fan of companies like that. Secondly, their food is delicious. The potatoes are worth a visit alone. And lastly, the woman behind the counter is incredibly nice and gives great customer service. She loves her job and it shows. It's also a comfortable space which is nice.
The employees treat you with respect and are extremely kind. They are very very friendly and all the employees go out of their way to make you feel like you are at home. Pioneer Bakery... YOU ROCK !!!!

Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve probably ever have! If you like soft cookies and some chunks of chocolate, this is where you need to come! Their western omelette is also the best!
I visited here today and I ordered the iced dirty chai. Super yummy! Service was great! The establishment was clean, tons of choices on the menu! I’ll definitely be back again!!!
