Amantes de la comida típica americana, tenéis una cita en The Pit Ribs Wings! No solo por la decoración del local, sino por su carta: Alitas de pollo, costillas con salsa barcacoa o de miel, sandwiches variados, patatas fritas, ensalada de col... (también te lo preparan para llevar). Tienen una gran variedad de cervezas artesanas. También puedes ir a desayunar o merendar las típicas pancakes, american pie, tarta de zanahoria o de queso, y batidos naturales. Se encuentra en el Barrio de San Mamés, muy cerca de la Universidad, por lo que es un sitio bastante concurrido por estudiantes universitarios. Las raciones son generosas y el precio es bastante económico.
We visited The Pit in Leon on 6/21. The food was fantastic and plentiful. I ordered the chicken sandwhich with Buffalo sauce and chicken wings with jalapeño salsa. My girlfriend had the BBQ chicken sandwhich. Both orders came with chips (fries . We were not disappointed. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were definitely satisfying. We ordered a local Blanco wine called lulu, and a local blonde ale beer AWESOME!! : I really enjoyed everything about this place including our waitress, Mar. And the owner/chef Chris's presentation of the food was fanominal. This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting Leon in the future. <3
A break from the Camino and as much as I love the Spanish and their cuisine, I really needed a change. Only ten minutes brisk stroll from the cathedral, so don't let the location put you off. On the positives the front of house guy is very helpful, there is an excellent range of beer and it opens at seven in the evening. I had the ribs with salsa picante. I eat hot food a lot. These were a very aggressive chilli sauce on tender, but very fatty ribs. Almost inedible. Maybe a bad choice on my part, do give it a try if the pilgrim menus or standard ham and cheese options are getting repetitive . The music's good.
Totalmente recomendable, la comida esta muy rica y hecha con mucho esmero. Los entrantes grandes y contundentes. Los bocadillos, sandwich y hamburguesas que comimos espectaculares. Falta foto de los postres que fueron devorados por los 6 que cenamos Y ya el culmen, tienen opciones sin gluten seguras, con una zona de la cocina preparada solo para que los celiacos coman tranquilos. El pan sin gluten esta tremendo. Da gusto ir a sitios así, volveremos a verte raul, no lo dudes. Gracias

Me he quedado sorprendido, la verdad es que creía que las valoraciones podrían ser verdad o mentira, pero lo cierto es que muy muy positivo todo. Pequeño pero acogedor Limpio, decoración divertida, atención excelente, puede parecer exagerada,pero se agradece la verdad, esta bien ver gente que se implica en el negocio y tiene entusiasmo. La comida perfecta, comida de los food truck, casera , muy América, no como si fuera una cadena de comida . Volveremos. A mis hijos les gusto mucho,
