I first tried a delivery from here 4 years ago. I lived 4 miles out of Magherafelt so I expected it would take a while for delivery. An hour passed no sign of him so I phoned and said he would be with me shortly. Another 30 mins still nothing so phoned again only to be told the same thing so I told them to cancel the order, I said I wouldn 't be near Pizza man again and I wasn 't until yesterday. I had moved to Magherafelt, a 10 min walk would take me to Pizza man so surely shouldn 't take to long for delivery? Dominoes is here in about 20 mins. So ordered 2 Pizza 's and some chicken bites at 10.15pm. 11pm still nothing so I phoned, Ah he 'll be with you shortly 11.30pm he arrived with 2 piz...
This place is ridiculous!!the past few times I have been to it,I have been so so disappointed!!! They forgot about 1 of the pizzas i had ordered,so had to wait for them to put it on,whilst the other pizzas I got went cold!!! Then another time I ordered a pizza and chips for collection, we live around the corner from it...and when we got home they were both cold...and the pizza order was wrong!!!so incredibly horrible!! I would not reccomend this place at all!! Its always packed on a friday and saturday night after the clubs and pubs close, but you need to be off your face to enjoy the pizzas out of here!!
placed telephone order as we had previously done deliverys which were a complete rip off and took hours, so thought there shoudn't be any reason the food could be bad if we collected it, how wrong was I, chips totally inedible, pizza??????? Don't even think it was put near an oven as the cheese was barley melted and the base...... would of been better eating the box it came in..... how this place stays open is beyond me, never ever will I waste money on this ****
It is probably best to pick up your order from this restaurant. I placed my order at 6:40pm and had to call at 7:40pm to check on it. I was informed that it was out for delivery, but it still had not arrived 15 minutes later (even though I live only 2 minutes away). This was very disappointing, considering that the food is typically good. I would not recommend using their delivery service.

Order of the new app (poorly designed and heard to us) and placed the order. Order arrived and was nothing like I’d ordered. Phone and the took 5 mins of them arguing in the background to decide who messed it up. Then informed me a replacement would be there soon. Pizza arrived 20 mins later and still wrong. So done. Staff are incompetent at best.
Went in on Tuesday for 2 for 1 deal my food was disgusting had mold and flys coming out of the box. Asked for a manger and some fat mess came stomping over with her fingers down her dunnes stores wannabe flares. She came back over and waved her hand around the place the smell of fish coming from her fingers nearly made me be sick in her face
Don’t get delivery whatever you do. They will tell you 1 hour and 2 n half hours later you will still be waiting, to ring them, to find out it’s going to be another 40 mins atleast! Don’t mess with a hungry person! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!! The icing on the cake would be the order be wrong!!!! Arg!
I visited this restaurant for dinner and was not impressed. The food was poorly cooked and difficult to eat. The staff were unfriendly and lacked charisma. The cleanliness of the restaurant could also have been improved.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The delivery times are outrageous, and my orders are always incorrect - either something is missing or the order is wrong. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
