Have been picking up lunch and the occasional dinner here since they opened. Results have been varied. Sometimes it 's great; sometimes it 's disappointing. Today was disappointing. The salad was not fresh. The toppings were dealt out so sparingly they didn 't even fully fill the scoop. I tried to use a gift certificate and was told by both employees that yes, they accepted the gift cards, but neither one of them knew how to do it. Only upper management did and They are never on site. When I commented that they should pass along my suggestion to have management train the on site employees appropriately, I got attitude and excuses. Other disappointing times included bowls that were so lacking...
It's my favorite poke bowl place in Claremont! They are fast and aren't stingy like other places. The price is a bit high but they give you good portions. As long as they continue to give decent portions I think I'll keep coming back! Also, the salmon is good! I got sick from another local poke bowl place where the salmon was warm and soggy but I haven't had that issue here!!Hopefully they keep up the good service and great tasting bowls :)Oh I had to update this review for the milk tea bobaI would rate the boba 0/5! Very hard, almost as if undercooked! Flavor of milk tea is harsh and not as delicious as other places. I would rate the milk tea 2.5/5
I deliver for doordash and postmate and this restaurant treats delivery people like trash. If we come in without our bag they have you go back to your car and bring it in knowing you could?ve parked far away. And you could just be picking up one item and the bag is big we?re the food will be tossed around. It?s only one lady who tells delivery drivers to get they bag and other employees are very sweet and nice ???????? to the drivers and makes sure the food is bagged safe
Delicious!!! They are very generous with the fish, toppings and sauce. The fish is very fresh and complimented perfectly by the sauces. I also had the pineapple coconut smoothie with boba. It was amazing!! I enjoyed very moment of my lunch and will definitely be back!!

Amazing service!! the food tastes great!! and the price was cheaper than other places *cough* *cough* poke dot. It was my first time here and I definitely plan on coming again!! : they have a variety of choices of meats and toppings to choose from!! 5 stars for sure!!
We went into Poke to get boba, tho we were instantly greeted with a horrible stench and filth on the walls. We easily waited 20 minutes to get boba, after we got it, the employee completely ignored us, after we asked for a travel bag. Horrible experience never again.
Nice little spot. We ride our bikes on the bike trail. We always eat lunch in Claremont .I turned on the wrong street happen to find a little spot .Octopus was great my husband loved it. Customer service was also 100. Will definitely be back .
Elora the worker is the kindest and sweet also super patient I believe she can do way better then where she works , she has the people skills to be working HR higher up and professional attitude !

first poke bowl ive gotten that tasted awful super fishy taste and the spicy tuna didnt even taste like tuna. Had to throw the whole bowl out. Complete waste of money.
Best poke in town for sure. Love their Monday Tuesday walkin specials on my favorite tai style teas. Super quick and efficient delivery service also!!
