As an old guy all beer now taste like ? ! Too bitter too sour. BUT, the Hearth Tap has the smoothest Guinness on tap I have ever had in my life. Makes me want to book a flight to Ireland. There's a cigar smoking room here too and just visiting the adjacent bar will provide you with enough without actually smoking a stick. I guess you can say the Hearth Tap is good for your health! Check it out.
The cocktails and beer selection are among the best in the area. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like an old world European tap haus. Parking can be a bit tight during busy times but overall great experience. Recommend the spicy filet tips, any of their pizzas, hat co old fashioned is delicious.
If you are looking for authentic Irish fare or you want to enjoy a cigar in a great space look no further. Great people and food. Also, don't let smoking keep you away, when you're in the restaurant there is no hint of smoke. The chicken pot pit is worth the trip
Incredible history on the restaurant. Building was built in 1859, so much history. We were just there for a quick lunch. Service was great, wood oven for pizza was so fantastic . Can't wait to go back next time we are in the area. Loved the Christmas decorations Book a table now
Consistently delicious food. Shepard's pie is flavorful, hearty and belly warming. Ahi tuna is always prepared to perfection with several accompaniments, glazed spicy Brussels taste bud awakening. Old fashion with cinnamon and vanilla, one of the best.
We went there for the first time for my husband's birthday. Everything was wonderful the food was excellent, professional and attentive service, friendly door staff, best pint of Founder's I have had in a long time... we will definitely go again.
Went for a Valentine’s Day dinner reservation and was sat at a busy bar table. Very loud and high traffic table. Food was great will go back again for some good comfort food and drinks with friends but not a date niggt.
The food was spot on. It was flavorful, although it did not come out together. The service was just not that attentive. Probably the first time in two years that I did not leave a 20% tip or more to a server Book a table now
