I used to frequent this place when I worked in the city, but I haven't been back in over 5 years. It has significantly improved on the inside with newer furniture and decor. The staff was very friendly and dealt with the large crowd with patience and smiles. The potato I received tastes good, but unfortunately, it isn't what I ordered. This is the reason for 4 stars. I received a potato with chicken and shrimp, no bacon, when I should have had steak, shrimp, and bacon. It was also missing mushrooms. I didn't notice until I made it home and started to eat my meal. I live 30 mins away so I did the logical thing and ate what I had. Just be sure to triple check your food if you don't live nearby...

I usually get pasta not a potato and the service size is huge I mean I literally get 3 meals out of it so while it's a bit expensive for fast-casual if you're close enough where you can refrigerate the left-overs you'll have a good time I think. Regardless pretty tasty.However I did ask the app to deliver to my car and we had to go in maybe they were too busy or maybe they don't really deliver to the car, I'm not sure.
We have been to The Potato Place multiple times, and it is always such a good experience. The food is glorious and is amazing no matter which potato you choose. The potatoes themselves are ENORMOUS. I don’t even know where they find potatoes this big. The people who work here are so friendly, and I always leave wondering when my next visit will be. Thank you!!!

I have not been to the T.P.P in a while. The food is still good, the staff has always been friendly, but the parking sucks. I understand price increase, but when you serve a 1/2 of the potato and charge for a whole potato that's when I frown-up. Did I mention less toppings! I paid $16.00 for a 1/2 potato. I'm sorry I am going to miss your guys!
Ordered a shrimp potato with garlic butter. This is what I received and paid $20.00 for this nonsense. A plain potato with nothing on it.Thought maybe they put the shrimp under and stirred around trying to find anything. Waste of money
