Quick early lunch on a weekday with the grandson. We were the first seated for lunch. Waitress was great. Super nice and quick service. Baby was a bit grumpy so we didn't linger. Food and beer was good. Lots of locals seemed to be filling in as we were leaving. Would definitely recommend. I'm not an oyster fan, but they were filling up windowed ice cases and they looked fresh. Chalked signs with oyster specials suggested they sell plenty. I had salad with my grilled cheese and it was delicious! The burger and chicken sandwich didn't disappoint.
It's a pretty great local bar! I can't comment much on the interior since I dined outside during my visit, but the food was delicious and served warm, while the drinks were chilled and strong. My only downside was that a few other customers brought their kids, who could be quite noisy and energetic, which is typical for children. However, since I was sitting in the outdoor area, it makes sense for families to choose that spot. Overall, it's a solid place, and I'm definitely planning to return.
Second visit and my subjective view is that it's nothing special. Okay, I read a page online.... Maybe the person which penned this top some number article making claim that the Pour House has some the best burgers in New Jersey was too drunk to register their taste buds, or they actually served a decent burger at the time. But the burger I had was not impressive. I wouldn't even say it was merely alright. Our entire group ordered burgers and none of them felt the hype.
Service was ok, a bit slow, server didn’t pre us table, had to ask for table to be wiped down when we got sat, had to ask for share plates for an appetizer. Chicken sandwich and burger burger were fresh and tasty. Fries had a great flavor, seems to have a little garlic salt on them. Drinks were extremely weak, I didn’t even think there was any vodka in my vodka and soda

We were a party of 4. We waited about a half hour for table on Saturday evening. We got a nice table upstairs. Food was very good. The nachos appetizers was awesome, it was a large portion the 4 of us enjoyed. My fish chips were good and a nice size portion. My husband had the hangover burger which was also good. We would recommend.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and came for the dollar oysters with my fiancé. They were fantastic! We also really loved the Kickin' Crunch burger. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating on such a lovely summer evening. We will definitely return!
Killer beer selection, decent oysters, tons of outside seating, delicious drink menu (the Pour House Pink Lemonade was incredible) and their burgers are incredible. No, really..... I'm not kidding. Their burgers are the BEST in our area.... For real.
Stopped in for a quick lunch it was quick and good! Tasty, well cooked food, fast service, not too crowded and not too noisy to enjoy a conversation. Great atmosphere for catching up with an old friend. Would 100% visit again.

The Pour House is always my go-to spot, especially when I'm in the mood for a burger. My personal favorite is the Pour House Burger. You can't go wrong with caramelized onions on a classic burger!
Fried Brussels sprouts and Battered Pickle Chips in sriracha maple mustard. Vegan/vegetarian options. Wednesday is Buck a Shuck. The staff has always been friendly whenever I’ve been here.
